Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the A1Queue platform.

Last Updated: April 2026

Important: By accessing or using the A1Queue service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and A1-Soft Company ("A1-Soft," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the A1Queue platform ("Service," "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, company, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms. In such cases, "you" and "your" shall refer to both you as an individual and the entity you represent.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

If you do not agree with any modifications to these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and close your account. Continued use of the Service following the posting of changes will constitute your binding acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

The A1Queue is a web-based platform and desktop agent application that provides tools for managing SSL/TLS certificates for websites and web servers. The Service facilitates the process of obtaining, installing, renewing, and monitoring SSL/TLS certificates using automated Certificate Authority (CA) integrations.

2.1 Core Features

The Service provides, but is not limited to, the following features:

  • Certificate Issuance: Automated request and issuance of SSL/TLS certificates through integration with Let's Encrypt and other supported Certificate Authorities.
  • Certificate Management: A centralized dashboard to view, organize, and manage all SSL/TLS certificates across multiple domains and servers.
  • Automatic Renewal: Scheduled and automated renewal of certificates before their expiration dates to minimize downtime and security gaps.
  • Domain Validation: Automated domain ownership validation through HTTP-01, DNS-01, and TLS-ALPN-01 challenge methods as supported by the integrated Certificate Authorities.
  • Desktop Agent: A locally installed agent application that communicates with the central platform to perform certificate operations on your server(s).
  • Certificate Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of certificate status, expiration dates, and health checks across all managed domains.
  • Multi-Server Support: Ability to manage certificates across multiple servers, IIS sites, and hosting environments from a single dashboard.
  • Notifications: Email and in-platform alerts for certificate expirations, renewal failures, and other critical events.

2.2 Let's Encrypt Integration

The Service integrates with Let's Encrypt, a free, automated, and open Certificate Authority operated by the Internet Security Research Group (ISRG). Certificates issued through our platform via Let's Encrypt are subject to Let's Encrypt's own terms of service, rate limits, and policies. We do not control Let's Encrypt's availability, policies, or operational decisions, and we are not responsible for any changes, outages, or limitations imposed by Let's Encrypt.

2.3 Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access. The Service may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime but are not obligated to do so.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your account information promptly to keep it accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, API keys, and any authentication tokens. You agree to:

  • Use a strong, unique password for your account and change it periodically.
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately at support@queue.a1-soft.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

3.3 Machine ID and Agent Registration

The desktop agent application generates a unique machine identifier ("Machine ID") for each server or computer on which it is installed. This Machine ID is used to associate certificates and configurations with specific servers. You are responsible for ensuring that the agent is installed only on servers that you own or have explicit authorization to manage.

3.4 Domain Ownership

You represent and warrant that you are the rightful owner of, or have explicit authorization to manage SSL/TLS certificates for, all domain names you register within the Service. Attempting to obtain certificates for domains you do not own or are not authorized to manage is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

4. SSL Certificate Disclaimer

Critical Notice: A1-Soft Company and the A1Queue platform are NOT a Certificate Authority (CA). We do not issue, sign, or guarantee SSL/TLS certificates ourselves. We act solely as an intermediary management tool that facilitates the automated process of requesting and managing certificates from third-party Certificate Authorities, primarily Let's Encrypt.

4.1 No Certificate Authority Status

The A1Queue is a management and automation platform, not a Certificate Authority. All SSL/TLS certificates issued through our Service are issued by third-party Certificate Authorities (primarily Let's Encrypt). We have no control over the issuance, revocation, or validation processes of these Certificate Authorities. The trust, validity, and recognition of certificates are determined solely by the issuing Certificate Authority and the certificate trust stores maintained by browser and operating system vendors.

4.2 No Uptime Guarantee

We do not guarantee that certificates managed through our platform will remain valid, trusted, or operational at all times. Certificate validity depends on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • The operational status and policies of the issuing Certificate Authority.
  • Your server's configuration and accessibility for domain validation challenges.
  • DNS propagation and configuration accuracy.
  • Network connectivity between your server, our platform, and the Certificate Authority.
  • Changes to browser and operating system trust stores.
  • Revocation decisions made by the Certificate Authority.

4.3 Certificate Validity

Certificates obtained through Let's Encrypt are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. While our Service provides automated renewal capabilities, we cannot guarantee that every renewal will succeed. Renewal failures may occur due to server downtime, DNS changes, firewall restrictions, rate limiting by the Certificate Authority, or other technical issues. It is your responsibility to monitor your certificates and ensure they remain valid.

5. Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully. It limits our liability to you.

5.1 General Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1-Soft Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, revenue, business opportunities, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.2 Specific Exclusions

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, A1-Soft Company shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever for:

  • Certificate Failures: Any failure of an SSL/TLS certificate to be issued, renewed, installed, or recognized by browsers, operating systems, or other software, regardless of the cause.
  • Domain Validation Errors: Any failure in the domain validation process, including but not limited to HTTP-01, DNS-01, or TLS-ALPN-01 challenge failures, whether caused by DNS misconfiguration, server downtime, firewall rules, or any other reason.
  • Server Misconfigurations: Any issues arising from incorrect server configurations, including but not limited to IIS bindings, Apache/Nginx configurations, firewall settings, port forwarding, or any other server-side settings that affect certificate installation or operation.
  • Data Loss: Any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to data stored on your servers, our platform, or in transit between them, including but not limited to private keys, certificate files, configuration data, or any other information.
  • Security Breaches: Any security breach, data leak, man-in-the-middle attack, or other security incident that occurs as a result of improper certificate management, expired certificates, misconfigured servers, or any other cause related to or unrelated to the Service.
  • Third-Party Actions: Any actions, omissions, changes, or disruptions caused by third-party services, including but not limited to Let's Encrypt, DNS providers, hosting providers, CDN providers, or any other service that interacts with or affects SSL/TLS certificate operations.
  • Business Losses: Any loss of business, revenue, customers, reputation, or opportunities resulting from certificate-related issues, service downtime, or any other aspect of the Service.
  • Downtime and Service Interruptions: Any period during which the Service is unavailable, whether due to maintenance, technical issues, external attacks, or any other cause.

5.3 Maximum Liability

In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service exceed the total amount you have actually paid to A1-Soft Company for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payments, our maximum aggregate liability shall be limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).

5.4 Essential Basis of the Agreement

You acknowledge and agree that the limitations of liability set forth in this section are an essential element of the agreement between you and A1-Soft Company, and that A1-Soft Company would not provide the Service to you without these limitations. These limitations shall apply regardless of whether the limited remedies fail of their essential purpose.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, A1-Soft Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Implied Warranties: Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
  • Accuracy: Any warranty that the Service will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted.
  • Security: Any warranty that the Service or certificates managed through the Service will be secure, free from vulnerabilities, or resistant to attacks.
  • Compatibility: Any warranty that the Service will be compatible with your specific server configuration, operating system, web server software, or other infrastructure components.
  • Results: Any warranty that the Service will meet your specific requirements or achieve any particular results.
  • Timeliness: Any warranty that certificates will be issued, renewed, or installed within any specific timeframe.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments for the Service are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service and privacy policy. A1-Soft Company does not directly store or process your credit card or payment card information. All payment data is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy in compliance with applicable payment card industry standards.

7.2 Pricing and Subscription

The Service may be offered under various pricing plans, including free tiers, paid subscriptions, and one-time purchases. Prices are subject to change at any time, with reasonable notice provided to existing subscribers. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice of the change.

7.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and SSL certificate issuance, the following refund policy applies:

  • No Refunds After Certificate Issuance: Once an SSL/TLS certificate has been successfully issued and delivered through the Service, no refunds will be provided for that transaction. Certificate issuance involves the consumption of resources from third-party Certificate Authorities, which cannot be reversed.
  • Service Subscription Refunds: If you have paid for a subscription plan and have not yet used the Service to issue any certificates during the current billing period, you may request a refund within fourteen (14) days of the payment date. After 30-Day or after any certificate issuance, no refunds will be provided.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a verifiable technical issue that prevents you from using the Service entirely, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a prorated refund or account credit.

7.4 Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider without first contacting our support team, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and all associated certificates until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and pursuit of legal remedies.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to its software, code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, documentation, APIs, and all other components, is the exclusive property of A1-Soft Company and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, domain configurations, and other materials you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant A1-Soft Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8.3 Feedback

  • Any outstanding fees will become immediately due and payable.
  • We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period as described in our Privacy Policy.
