Disclaimer
Important legal disclaimers regarding the A1Queue platform and its services.
Last Updated: April 2026
Please Read Carefully: This Disclaimer page supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By using the A1Queue service, you acknowledge and agree to all disclaimers stated herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
1. SSL Certificate Disclaimer
A1-Soft Company is NOT a Certificate Authority (CA). We do not issue, sign, validate, or guarantee SSL/TLS certificates. The A1Queue is a management and automation platform that facilitates the process of requesting, installing, renewing, and monitoring SSL/TLS certificates from third-party Certificate Authorities.
1.1 Certificate Authority Relationship
All SSL/TLS certificates issued through the A1Queue platform are provided by third-party Certificate Authorities, primarily Let's Encrypt, which is operated by the Internet Security Research Group (ISRG). A1-Soft Company acts solely as an intermediary tool that automates the interaction between your server and the Certificate Authority. We have no control over the Certificate Authority's issuance decisions, revocation policies, operational status, or trust chain.
The trust, validity, browser compatibility, and recognition of any certificate issued through our platform is determined entirely by the issuing Certificate Authority and the certificate trust stores maintained by browser vendors, operating system vendors, and other relying parties. A1-Soft Company makes no representations regarding the acceptance or recognition of any certificate by any particular software, browser, device, or platform.
1.2 Certificate Accuracy and Validity
While we make every effort to ensure that the certificate management process functions correctly, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, validity, or completeness of any certificate or the information contained therein. Domain validation is performed by the Certificate Authority, not by A1-Soft Company. The responsibility for ensuring that domain ownership is accurately validated rests with the Certificate Authority and the domain owner.
1.3 Certificate Revocation
Certificate Authorities may revoke certificates at any time for various reasons, including but not limited to suspected key compromise, domain ownership disputes, policy violations, or changes to the CA's operational requirements. A1-Soft Company has no ability to prevent, reverse, or influence certificate revocation decisions made by the issuing Certificate Authority. If a certificate managed through our platform is revoked, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you, but we are not responsible for any consequences arising from such revocation.
1.4 Let's Encrypt Specific Disclaimers
Certificates issued by Let's Encrypt through our platform are subject to the following additional considerations:
- Let's Encrypt certificates are valid for ninety (90) days and must be renewed regularly.
- Let's Encrypt imposes rate limits on certificate issuance that may prevent you from obtaining new certificates in certain circumstances.
- Let's Encrypt issues Domain Validated (DV) certificates only. These certificates verify domain control but do not verify the identity, organization, or legal existence of the certificate holder.
- Let's Encrypt's service availability, rate limits, and policies may change at any time without notice to A1-Soft Company or its users.
- Certificate Transparency: All certificates issued by Let's Encrypt are logged in publicly accessible Certificate Transparency (CT) logs. This means that the domain names for which certificates are issued will be publicly visible.
2. No Guarantee Disclaimer
2.1 Service Availability
A1-Soft Company does not guarantee that the A1Queue platform will be available at all times or that it will operate without interruption, delay, or error. The Service may be subject to planned and unplanned downtime, including but not limited to:
- Scheduled maintenance windows for system updates and improvements.
- Unplanned outages caused by hardware failures, software bugs, or infrastructure issues.
- Service disruptions caused by third-party dependencies, including Certificate Authority outages, DNS provider issues, or hosting infrastructure failures.
- Network interruptions, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or other cyber threats.
2.2 Certificate Issuance and Renewal
We do not guarantee that any certificate request will be successfully fulfilled, or that any certificate renewal will complete before the existing certificate expires. Certificate issuance and renewal depend on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- The availability and operational status of the Certificate Authority.
- Your server's accessibility for domain validation challenges (HTTP-01, DNS-01, TLS-ALPN-01).
- Accurate DNS configuration for your domain names.
- Firewall rules, reverse proxy configurations, and network policies that may block validation requests.
- Rate limits imposed by the Certificate Authority.
- The operational status of the desktop agent on your server.
2.3 Compatibility
We do not guarantee that the A1Queue platform or the desktop agent application will be compatible with every server configuration, operating system, web server software, firewall, reverse proxy, load balancer, CDN, or other infrastructure component. While we strive to support a wide range of environments, compatibility issues may arise. It is your responsibility to verify that the Service works correctly in your specific environment before relying on it for production use.
2.4 Data Accuracy
While we strive to display accurate information in the certificate management dashboard, including certificate statuses, expiration dates, and server configurations, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information. You should independently verify critical certificate and server information, especially before making decisions that could affect the security or availability of your websites and applications.
3. Limitation of Liability
Maximum Liability Cap: In no event shall the total aggregate liability of A1-Soft Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and partners, to you or any third party for all claims arising out of or related to the A1Queue service, exceed the total amount you have actually paid to A1-Soft Company for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. If you have not made any payments, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD $100.00).
3.1 Exclusion of Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, A1-Soft Company shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), and even if A1-Soft Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages:
- Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Lost Profits: Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or business opportunities.
- Data Loss: Loss of data, corruption of data, or costs associated with data recovery.

- Third-Party Claims: Any claims made against you by third parties arising from or related to your use of the Service.
- Alternative Services: The cost of procuring substitute or replacement services.
3.2 Applicability
The limitations of liability set forth in this section shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law, regardless of whether A1-Soft Company has been informed of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of whether any limited remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
4. Indemnification
4.1 Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A1-Soft Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs) arising out of or in connection with:

4.2 Indemnification Process
A1-Soft Company will promptly notify you of any claim subject to indemnification and will provide you with reasonable cooperation in the defense of such claim. A1-Soft Company reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with A1-Soft Company in asserting any available defenses.
5. Technical Disclaimer
